The aim of our Group is to help people to cope better with what we are all facing at the moment in this health crisis. When we both discovered that our businesses would be hard hit along with our many clients who are either working incredibly hard at the front line, or in their businesses or are finding themselves at home in lockdown and self-isolation. We wanted to do something that would provide them and everyone who wants to join us with some things that can help.
I have updated this top ten uses blog for Lavender that I did last year, as I feel that True Lavender is one of the most accessible oils that many of us have available at home, coupled with its incredible properties, and we can make the best use of it right now in this crisis, to help support ourselves.
True lavender (lavandula angustifolia) – I use it in my clinical aromatherapy practice and in my family for its antiseptic, anti viral, bactericide properties as well as for its better known properties as an anti-depressant, restoring, sedating and soothing, relaxing the nerves and mood.
This is an unprecedented time in our lives, where we are all coping with things that have not been faced before. I would like to offer you some reassurance that this is where essential oils can provide a welcome uplift and calming effect to help you cope with anxiety. My Monday aromatherapy practice with my small band of regular clients has of course been stopped just now, and I want to use the time to offer them and you all some helpful information to allow you to bring some calm and steadiness into your life.
Some of us will have essential oils already at home that you can use. either in an electric diffuser, oil burner, drops on a tissue placed nearby you – for inhalation. Below are some single oils and blends to use in this way
Our new plastic free packaging starts with our 60ml jars are now available online to buy. We have been always working with the environment in mind and have been using glass jars throughout our 19 and half years of business with recycled plastic lids.
Welcome to another of Organica J’s Top Ten Uses! This month we will be focusing on 10 helpful uses for Frankincense essential oil. Its one of the oils that we use in our Meditation Essential Oil Blend and Orange and Frankincense Blend, both are ideal for ultimate relaxation.
Working as a clinical aromatherapist, frankincense is one of my most used essential oils, I love it! and I find it so gently powerful. Helping with clearing the mind when over stressed or anxious and with moving forward in life. It is an ideal choice for meditation. I just couldn’t do without frankincense oil – I take it with me anytime I am away from home. Here are what I think are its top ten uses.
How to Use Relaxing Organic Aromatherapy Essential Oils
When things get busy at this time of year, it is a good time for taking just a little time out at the end of your day. Using aromatherapy essential oils to relax in your bath or after your shower, can help you power through the next few weeks. Use them every night if possible or 2 or three times a week, if every night is not possible.
