Welcome to another of Organica J’s Top Ten Uses! This month we will be focusing on 10 helpful uses for Frankincense essential oil. Its one of the oils that we use in our Meditation Essential Oil Blend and Orange and Frankincense Blend, both are ideal for ultimate relaxation.
Working as a clinical aromatherapist, frankincense is one of my most used essential oils, I love it! and I find it so gently powerful. Helping with clearing the mind when over stressed or anxious and with moving forward in life. It is an ideal choice for meditation. I just couldn’t do without frankincense oil – I take it with me anytime I am away from home. Here are what I think are its top ten uses.
How to Use Relaxing Organic Aromatherapy Essential Oils
When things get busy at this time of year, it is a good time for taking just a little time out at the end of your day. Using aromatherapy essential oils to relax in your bath or after your shower, can help you power through the next few weeks. Use them every night if possible or 2 or three times a week, if every night is not possible.
Welcome to another of Organica J’s Top Ten Uses! Here I focus on 10 helpful uses for Sandalwood. This is an oil I use a lot in therapy and I have it in my Meditation Blend. I use an Australian Sandalwood (santalum spicatum), not the Indian Sandalwood, for ethical reasons. But its properties are very similar, I have always found it a incredible asset in my essential oil kit.
Trouble sleeping is one of the most common things that clients contact me about, it is an incredibly widespread issue. There are many aromatherapy approaches and blends that can help ease it though and I have had great success working with this common problem.
Welcome to another of Organica J’s Top Ten Uses! Here I focus on 10 helpful uses for Lemon Scented Tea Tree. This is not an extremely well known essential oil, but it is an essential ingredient in my Midges & Mozzie Balm. I do love it, and do also use in it my aromatherapy practice, so I would like to share some of its uses with you.
