I bought comfrey ointment 10 days ago as I have been suffering from severe piriformis syndrome, sciatica and a bulging disc for 9 weeks now. Have not been able to move and bed bound. I thought I’d give comfrey a try and luckily I found you!… I have gone from being in constant stiffness and trouble even getting out of bed to walking around the house on crutches and being able to get into the bath, do the dishes, all of the normalities I couldn’t do for 7 weeks beforehand.
